vivo Smartphone Photography Awards 2025 - Rules and Regulations
Welcome to the vivo Smartphone Photography Imagine Awards 2025! Please read these rules carefully before participating.
Contest Period
- Start Date: August 22, 2025
- End Date: November 30, 2025
Eligibility
- Age: At least 18 years old
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India
- Health: Must be of sound health and mind
How to Participate
- Submit Original Photos: Your photos must relate to one of the following themes: Nature & Landscape, Motion, Portraits, Street & Culture, Night & Light, or Architecture.
- Upload Your Photos Clicked on a vivo Smartphone: Submit your photos on the vivo Smartphone Photography Imagine Awards website by filling in the required details. Please note – Uploaded photos should be clicked from a vivo smartphone only.
- Entry Limit: Maximum of 5 unique entries per participant.
- Multiple Entries: You can submit multiple photographs under the same theme or different themes.
- Optional Tags and Descriptions: You may provide tags and descriptions for your entries, but it's not mandatory.
Photo Requirements
- Originality: Must be your own work.
- Format: In-camera original or mobile phone photos (no AI-generated images).
- Size: Between 2 MB and 10 MB.
- Resolution: Minimum 1000x1000 pixels, maximum 1920x1080 pixels.
- Social Media: Your social media profiles must be public during the contest.
Judging Criteria
- Selection Panel: Representatives from vivo's marketing team.
- Evaluation: Based on appropriateness to the theme, framing, quality, and visual impact.
- Winners: Top 6 entries will be selected.
- Additional Categories: vivo may introduce new categories like Jury’s choice or public choice.
